All orders are usually shipped within 5 business days Mon – Fri (weekends & public holidays excluded)
All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
- Standard eParcel No Signature required Flat Rate for Shipping and Handling is AUD$15 for all orders within Western Australia, and AUD$18 for all interstate orders.
- Standard eParcel With Signature required Flat Rate for Shipping and Handling is AUD$18 for all orders within Western Australia, and AUD$21 for all interstate orders.
- Express eParcel No Signature required Flat Rate for Shipping and Handling is AUD$24 for all orders within Western Australia, and AUD$29 for all interstate orders.
- Express eParcel With Signature required Flat Rate for Shipping and Handling is AUD$27 for all orders within Western Australia, and AUD$32 for all interstate orders.
PLEASE CONTACT AUSTRALIA POST DIRECTLY WITH YOUR TRACKING NUMBER FOR ENQUIRIES. You will receive a tracking number once your parcel has been processed. This tracking number will be sent automatically by Australia Post to the same email address that you choose to include in your order.
If you feel your order has had ample time to be delivered but has not arrived, please contact us immediately.
NB – If you have an error in your order, please talk to us immediately and we will do our best to rectify the problem. However, if your order return because you have informed the wrong address, a new shipment fee will be charged.
MODIFYING ORDERS:
We do not accept changes to orders that have been paid and submitted.

We are not able to make any modifications or consolidations to finalised orders.
